🚀 What’s New
💾 Save Searches
You can now save your most-used search queries for quick access.
After running a search, click the three dots in the Search Results column, choose Save search to sidebar, give it a name, and you’re done.
If you no longer need it, open the three dots menu again and remove the saved search.
👤 Invite Existing Account Members to a Project
Project owners can now invite people who are already members of the account but not yet part of the project.
On the Project Members page, select the checkbox next to the account members you want to add and send the invitations.
⚡ Faster Dashboard
We’ve improved dashboard performance to make loading and interactions faster, especially for projects with many stories.
🧩 Story Tooltip Preview
Whenever a story link or ID is referenced within a story—such as in blockers, comments, descriptions, or tasks—hovering over it will now show a tooltip with brief story details, including the title and description.
👥 Invite Multiple Members at Once
You can now invite multiple members from the Project Members page.
Enter multiple email addresses separated by commas, and all new members will be invited automatically—any addresses already invited will be skipped.
🚧 Blocking Stories
Blocked and blocking stories are now clearly marked, just like you’re used to.
If a story is both blocked and blocking another story, it will display a combined blocking icon so you can spot dependencies at a glance.
🔔 Blocker Mentions
You can now mention a teammate in a blocker. When you do, they’ll receive an email notification so blockers don’t go unnoticed.
🧩 Multi-select Stories for Bulk Actions
You can now quickly select multiple stories for bulk actions.
Click the first story, then hold Shift and click the last one to select all stories in between.
🧹 Notification Cleanup
In-app notifications older than 10 days are now automatically removed, keeping your notifications list clean and focused on what matters.
🚀 Release Story State Update
Release stories no longer use the finished, delivered, or rejected states.
Once completed, release stories now move directly to the accepted state.
📱 Mobile Support Is Here
LiteTracker is now fully responsive, so you can use it on your mobile devices.
Access the app from your favorite mobile browser, or download LiteTracker from the App Store on iOS.

😊 Comment Reactions
You can now react to comments using your favorite emoji, making conversations more expressive and fun.
📧 Reply to Comments via Email
You can now reply directly to comment notification emails. Your reply will be added to the story as a new comment—no need to open the story link.
📝 Description Templates
You can now create custom description templates and reuse them when writing story descriptions.
Go to More → Manage Custom Templates, create your templates, and apply them as needed.
🎯 Points for Features Only
By default, only features can be estimated with points.
If a story delivers immediate business value, we recommend creating it as a feature.
Bugs and chores represent ongoing project overhead and are typically not included in velocity calculations.
You can enable points for bugs and chores in Project Settings, but we recommend against it, as changing this later is difficult to reverse.
⭐ Default Story Type
You can now set your preferred story type from your profile page, making it faster to create the stories you use most often.
📦 Project Import
You can now import projects from multiple platforms, including Pivotal Tracker, Linear, Shortcut, GitHub, Trello, and Jira.
Bring your existing stories into LiteTracker and continue working without interruption.
📊 Project Analytics
You can now easily analyze your project by iteration.
View story cycle time, story activity, and epic progress to better understand how your work is moving forward.

👀 Reveal Stories from Search Results
You can now reveal stories directly from search results, just like in My Work, making it easier to locate them in their original column.
🔔 Notification Settings
You can now control which notifications you receive from your profile page, giving you more flexibility over alerts and updates.
🔍 Search Operators
Search now supports operators (first phase), with more coming soon.
Click the question mark in the search field to see the available operators and how to use them.

✅ Add Reviews & Reviewers to Stories

Select the stories, then click Review in the Bulk Actions menu.
- A dialog will open where you can add one or more review types.
- Click Add Reviews if you only want to add review types at this stage.
- To assign reviewers, choose Add Reviewers. A new modal will open where you can assign one reviewer per review type.

Select the stories, then click Delete.
A confirmation dialog will appear showing all selected stories.
Click Delete to confirm, Cancel to abort, or deselect stories if you want to delete fewer items.
